Love, Walking- For Medium Voice, Clarinet, and Cello

I practice prayer and meditation while walking. Long walks help me to cleanse my mind and heart, get right with my relationships and with the world, and send out prayers for people, communities, and endeavors. Walking strengthens me physically, and I feel good. As the miles accumulate and the pain sets in or my mind slides into ruts and rants, continued meditation and prayer return me to joy and to my identity as a spiritual being, walking.
