There are times when joy and thankfulness bubble up, or I find joy waiting for me beneath other feelings. At other times, joy is a practice, a muscle I engage while living life on life’s terms. Whatever the context, joy swells when I share it, and it is a sustaining thing to see and feel joy in community. We rejoice!
